Flame Thrower

Ingredients

  • Mini Fruit Crystals® Habanero
  • Amaranth Giant Leaf
  • 1 3/4 oz Tequila
  • 1 1/2 oz Verdita*
  • 3/4 oz Agave
  • 3/4 oz Lime Juice

 

*Verdita:

  • 1 Pineapple,
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Jalapeño
  • 1/2 bushel Cilantro
  • 1 handful Mint
  • 100ml Water

Method

  1. Chop pineapple, cucumber, and jalapeno into large chunks and add to blender with cilantro, mint, and water.
  2. Blend all ingredients thoroughly
  3. Fine strain through a mesh sleeve.
  4. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Method

  1. Prepare rocks glass by rimming with Mini Fruit Crystals Habanero. Fill glass with ice and set aside.
  2. Combine all ingredients to a shaker and add ice.
  3. Shake vigorously until tins are cold to the touch, about 10 seconds.
  4. Strain intro prepared rocks glass.
  5. Top with Giant Fire Leaf and serve.
